Save EmailPhoto Attachments

This applies to the Sidekick LX, Sidekick Slide and Sidekick 3.

How do I save email photo attachments to my device?

1. Open the message then scroll down to view the photo attachment you want to save.
2. Select the Save to Album button, located just below the photo.
3. Your photo is saved to the Device Album in the Camera application.

Tip: If your message has more than one photo attachment and you want to save all of them, with the message selected, press MENU and select Save Photos to Album.

What types of image formats can I save to my Device Album?

You can save the following types of image file email attachments to your device: jpg, gif, png, bmp. Note that if the photo was attached to an email as a gif, png, or bmp file, it will be transcoded into a .jpg when saved to the Device Album.
